Former CNA Joshua Byrd is the co-founder of The Treasure Grid Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting low-income individuals, the homeless, and missing persons. Raised in a family of educators, firefighters, and healthcare workers, he learned the values of compassion and service from a young age.

This upbringing instilled in him a strong desire to create a positive impact on society. His experiences with the fire department, where he observed his parents managing emergency situations with promptness and expertise, left a lasting impression on him. Additionally, witnessing his mother's transition from firefighting to nursing further inspired his aspirations to serve others.

Joshua's own experience with homelessness revealed significant shortcomings and gaps in the current support systems. Motivated by these insights, he established The Treasure Grid Inc. to provide comprehensive support to those in need.

With a background that blends personal challenges and the influence of caring role models, Joshua is well-equipped to lead the organization with empathy and effective solutions. His commitment to addressing systemic issues and advocating for the underrepresented drives his innovative methods aimed at closing service gaps and restoring dignity to those facing hardships. Joshua's tireless efforts and unwavering dedication aim to improve the lives of the community's most vulnerable members, embodying the true spirit of humanitarianism and social responsibility.
